I now operate a three-person minimum for weddings, simply because there's so much time and preparation that goes into your special day. It's far more than turning up with my kit. That said, I'm always open to a conversation with my beautiful brides, so please reach out and let's talk through your day and what you need.

I've never once cancelled on a wedding. I know just how precious and important your day is. But we're all human, and illness or emergencies can happen to anyone. Rest assured that in the unlikely event I was seriously unwell, I would refund you in full and help you find another artist, as we all network and know one another. It's a risk with booking any vendor, but please know it's something I take incredibly seriously.

I don't offer a full glam service for anyone under the age of 16. If you have little ones in your bridal party, do get in touch and we can chat about the small touches I can offer to make them feel part of the day. It's often the little things that mean the most, so just reach out.

Not at all. As well as weddings (for the bride, bridal party and guests), I offer prom, party and occasion glam. I also run makeup lessons: group sessions that are perfect fun for hens and birthdays, and one-to-one sessions, all with my signature skincare-focused rituals included. Reach out to find out more about what I can offer.

I truly believe there's a makeup artist out there for everyone. Personally, I bring over 20 years of experience and have worked with some of the world's leading beauty brands. I now run The Fairy Glowmother alongside my HR role, which means I deliberately limit the number of weddings and bookings I take on. To me, that's exactly what keeps my glam a genuine passion, something I've been immersed in since I was 18.

Makeup has really evolved over the years. Trends come and go, but I believe timeless makeup lasts forever. I specialise in skin-focused soft glam that enhances your natural beauty, and I can flex to a heavier look whenever you'd like, adapting to each client in my chair. I'd say I'm the perfect artist for you if you're a little nervous about having your makeup done, or if you love a glowing, dewy or iconic finish. I offer trials to everyone so we can explore looks together, and I take every client along the glam journey with me. I don't have one signature look I recreate on everyone, because we're all wonderfully unique.

My real name is Chanel, and honestly, I'm not entirely sure! I think I just said it out loud one day and fell in love with it. I adore Disney, so if I could be your Fairy Glowmother, well, that felt like a rather lovely idea. Don't worry though, there are no mice, no pumpkin carriages, and your glam absolutely will not fall off when the clock strikes midnight!
